Anupama Housing Complex – Phase – II has the distinction to be designated as an ‘Infrastructure Project’ by the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India, in accordance with Section 10(23G) read with Rule 2E of the Income Tax Act, 1962 and in compliance of provisions of Section 80 IB (10) of Income Tax Act, 1961. This is the only Housing Project in India, which has been declared as ‘Infrastructure Project’ by the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India.
